Yes, customers can place their orders directly from the EHZSTONE factory in Isfahan. All stages, from stone selection to packaging and shipping, are carried out directly without any intermediaries.
Depending on the type of stone and the order volume, preparation takes between 7 to 14 business days. Once the shipment is ready, delivery to the Gulf countries usually takes 7 to 14 days, and to Europe 30 to 40 business days.
Yes, in-person visits at the Isfahan factory and online viewings through our international sales experts are possible. Detailed images and videos of the slabs are sent to the customer for approval before shipment.
For customers outside Iran, payment is made via international bank transfer (TT), and for domestic customers via Rial bank transfer. All payments are processed with an official invoice.

Requests for cancellation or return are only possible before the shipping process begins. In this case, an amount is deducted as administrative fees and labor penalties. Once shipping has started, cancellation is not possible.
